James Servoss:
Is the team leader of The Servoss Group and heads up the real estate sales team. He was born in Torrington, Connecticut and grew up in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from Miami Univeristy (Oxford, Ohio) in 2002 he moved to Tucson, Arizona to start his real estate career. James specializes in selling luxury condos, townhomes and vacation properties. He work primarily in North (Catalina Foothills), Northeast and Central Tucson, but has sold homes all over Southern Arizona within all price ranges. Since getting into real estate James has earned numerous awards and accolades:

Nicolette Servoss:
Nicolette Servoss runs The Servoss Group's property management division, handling both long-term unfurnished renals and short-term fully furnished Tucson vacation rentals and corporate housing.
Nicolette is originally from a small town in Minnesota and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She recently received her Master’s degree in Education from Northern Arizona University. Prior to receiving her Arizona Real Estate license, Nicolette was the Director of Staffing for a Temporary Staffing Firm and Investor of a start-up company in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, James & Nicolette spend time with their children, Parker & Brooke, and their golden retriever Jackson.

Rachel Black:
Rachel Black is a Buyer and Seller Agent for the Servoss Group. She is a native Tucsonan and an Alumna of the University of Arizona. Rachel got her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Her experience outside of the real estate industry includes a career in finance and insurance. Rachel and her husband have two dogs and a daughter named Rebecca. She is an active member of the Junior League of Tucson. She also enjoys local theatre, crafting, swimming, running, and spending time with her family.
